We are proud to produce high-quality meat lambs and provide them direct to consumers. These lambs are raised locally, on our farm, where we take great care to raise them in a safe, healthy environment. We use quality breeding stock and GEBV’s to produce lambs with a daily rate of gain that gives us the most meat and muscle. The finished product is a mild tasting, flavorful meat which is lean and high in nutrients.

We use fullblood Texel rams as terminal sires crossed with our Katahdin ewes to produce our meat lambs. Using a terminal sire produces an improved lamb carcass with more meat and less fat, with improved growth rates and feed efficiency. We are very excited to have Texel rams back as our terminal sires and, after many inquiries, be able to offer these meat lambs to our customers. We offer lambs as feeder lambs that the customer can finish at their farm as well as finished lambs.
We have meat lambs available various times during the year so check with us to reserve a whole or half lamb. Simply complete and submit the form below. A $25.00 deposit will hold your reservation until your meat lamb is ready to be processed. Choose your packing house and make the appointment. You order your desired cuts and pay the processor directly for the processing. Picking up your lamb at the farm? Just indicate that on your reservation form. Contact us if you have any questions.
