We are proud to raise and offer AMERICAN LAMB AND BEEF – meat products that are raised locally and responsibly. Our premium lamb and beef cuts are tender, mild tasting and so much fresher than imports. All of our animals are raised on our farm, humanely handled and USDA processed locally. You will get a finished product that is heart healthy, hormone free, packed with powerful proteins and most importantly DELICIOUS!
LAMB
We offer Retail Lamb Cuts directly to our consumers. Our lamb cuts are USDA vacuumed sealed to see the quality and goodness inside every package. We offer ground lamb, cubed meat, chops and our most popular item ~ lamb snack sticks! We also offer lambs as feeders that the customer can purchase and finish at their farm, as well as whole finished meat lambs.

We have meat lambs available various times during the year so check with us to reserve a whole or half lamb. Simply complete and submit the form below. A $25.00 deposit will hold your reservation until your meat lamb is ready to be processed. We will make the processing appointment and deliver the lamb for you. You order your desired cuts and pay the processor directly for the processing. Picking up your lamb at the farm? Just indicate that on your reservation form. Contact us if you have any questions.
We use fullblood Katahdin breeding stock to produce superior meat lambs. Our Katahdin sheep naturally produce more lamb meat and less fat, with improved growth rates and feed efficiency. We do not use any hormones in our management system. We offer lambs as feeder lambs that the customer can finish at their farm as well as finished lambs.
BEEF
Our Retail Beef Products are from cattle raised on grass at our farm and finished with a bit of grain prior to processing. The finished product is a choice beef cut that is lean, tender and delicious – an excellent option for Beef Lovers. Absolutely NO HORMONES EVER. We offer ground, roasts, stew and our very popular snack sticks. Steak cuts vary as this a very popular option – check with us for availability. Our beef cuts are USDA vacuumed sealed to see the quality and goodness inside every package.
